Theale Green School’s A Winter Haunt – Shadows of Reading, returns for its 5th year at the Battle Library.
Theale Green School sixth formers, staff and alumni have created a spooky Christmas treat for history and theatre lovers.
The piece is an interactive play written by Theale Green School teacher and author Chris Lambert, in which audiences will explore Battle Library meeting ghosts and spirits for a hauntingly festive evening.
Characters from Reading’s dark past are bought to life by staff, pupils and friends of Theale Green School, who will wander the Battle Library creating a dynamic and enchanting experience for audiences.
The unwitting crowds will wander the library meeting characters from Readings rich, exciting and dark past, as well as the worlds of fiction and nightmare.
Shadows of Reading will run on Thursday 5 December and Friday 6 December at 7pm with tickets available for purchase from Battle Library, Central Library or Theale Green School.
