2. Catering may also be available but must be booked and paid for separately to our school contractor.  They may be contacted at 5870-thealegreenschool@caterlinkltd.co.uk
3. For bookings, the front gate will be left opened for ½ hour before booking only.  The group must make arrangements for late arrivals as the gate is not manned.
4. For regular bookings one access card will be allocated to the group.  A charge of £20 will be made for additional or replacement access cards (these cards will only allow you access on your timed booking).
5. *Community rates are applicable to Charity groups, and community groups such as Scouts, Brownies etc.
6. Rates are reviewed annually for the 1^st September for the academic year ahead.
7. The School reserves the right to amend rates for new bookings during the course of the year.
8. Some block bookings may be charged at different rates at the Finance & Operations Manager’s discretion.
9. Multiple venue rates are available on application.
10. 18^th and 21^st birthday parties will not be permitted.

Currently the school is not VAT registered for the purposes of letting the school facilities. This is subject to review.
